I always look forward to playing a Quinn game, and this one is fun and pretty polished :)
Props to Pumkiin for the music too, it fits the game well
Here's some feedback that I thought of while playing:
The camera movement is very disorienting, unless this is on purpose I would lower it a bit It seems like you use the input keys to move the camera, correct me if not, but it might work better if you used the player's velocity instead The player is very slippery when stopping (I got mad on the last level lol) I had a hard time seeing when a platform was disabled or not (the gray is very close to the white, at least on my monitor) It would be cool to see a cooldown of when the platforms are gonna be active again (using the dots on the sprite for example)
Anyway, that's just my two cents, great game and good job for completing it! It's always easy to just start new projects and never finish them :'(
You're right about the camera movement. I'll change it like you suggested and see how that works.
When I tested the game a bit earlier today, I was also frustrated with the slippery movement since it doesn't work well with the smaller platforms; I've already increased the friction by a bit.
I also got a bit confused with the platforms, but I also assumed that it was my monitor. Also, I never considered using the dots for showing the cooldown; I'll definitely try it out.
Yeah, completing games is really hard. I have many, many unfinished projects just lying there. I think about going back to finish them every so often.
